At KTF, we prioritise risk management through various dedicated channels. Our Finance, Audit, and Risk Management Committee, as well as our Projects, Monitoring, and Evaluation Committee each consist of external experts who provide critical oversight. Internally, we have specialised working groups for Climate Change and Disaster Risk Reduction, as well as Child Protection and Prevention of Sexual Exploitation, Abuse, and Harassment. These groups play a vital role in identifying, monitoring and mitigating risks across our organisation, in alignment with ACFID’s Code of Conduct. Rigorous policies, clear reporting lines and escalation procedures also ensure that risks are managed effectively and appropriate preventative measures and responsive actions are taken.
